Came up with 2 combos last night. I can feel some progress now, something I haven’t felt in a while. Sessioning at night with a red bull is amazing. Hopefully tonight’s session will go just as well. :)
Also I gotta start going hard on dieting. I’ve been so unhealthy lately. Today, I’m gonna start eating half what I usually eat. Let’s do this.
My biggest regret ever is choosing the back seat. I only had a few seconds to make up my mind, and I couldn’t decide whether to kick it in the front or sit in the back. Unfortunately, I chose the back seat and now I will never know what it’s like in the front seat. Now I have to wait until next Friday.
Last night I session for about half an hour. I brushed up on my toprock and foot work but no power. I should really get back to practicing power and getting some because I haven’t seen improvement in my power for about two months now. I have improved greatly in footwork and a bit in toprock though. My variety in footwork has increased a lot and I am getting atleast one new combo every week. My amount of power bugs me a lot and I blame my lack of it on my tendonitis that I had for the past few months. I couldn’t practice power for long until the pain in my wrist would make me cringe. Alright well I’m gonna try to stick the my practice schedule for 4 out of 7 days of the week from now on. 1/2 hours stretch, 1/2 hour toprock, 1 hour bboy sets , and 1/2 hour power. Core and upper body excercises scattered throughout. I got this :)

Toprock everyday for 20 minutes
Power practice everyday for half an hour
BBoy everyday for an hour
Stretch everyday for half an hour
Freestyle for half an hour
Atleast 100 pushups a day
