Having weight training 5 days a week is nice. Getting bigger, stronger, and overall just more fit. My body doesn’t really have enough time to rest on weekends though and it also makes it harder to bboy. Some muscles are just too sore to function at full capability. sdfsdgvefgvawefgawel. IT’s frustrating when you don’t improve as much as you want. I haven’t noticed a big change in my bboying for about a month now. Gonna start slacking a bit in weight training maybe , just work out 3 out of the 5 days. Yeah , good plan Junxi.
